Yup... I was busy with Giant Stars 2009 for the past 2 weeks...
Last nite was the Finals recording at Mediacorp TV Theatre.
Everyone had their own "fan club" , so do I!
A big thank you to those who came down to support!
Guanghan and the cell were GREAT! U guys weren't the biggest fan club last nite, but I could hear u guys from the stage!!! LOL!
A big thank you to Alicia who encouraged me to join the contest as well as making the giant banner and posters!
Most importantly, my Dad came! Looking at him cheering loudly with the rest holding signboard with my name, my tears almost fell... Those who know my Dad, will know he is a very traditional father who seldom express his love for me directly... I had to control cos im supposed to continue smiling big big showing my teeth!!! LOL!!! I saw his disappointed face when they announced the results. My heart sank quite a bit.
Many of u kept asking if I'm ok... no worries! =P
我难过，不是因为没得奖而难过，我失落，是因为看到爸爸失落而失落。。。:(
I'm really glad to be a part of this contest! Cos soon I will be too old for all this already lor...
It was a fun experience and most importantly, I've got myself 11 new good friends!
P/S: Was told to smile all the time on stage and in front of the camera during the few days of the contest... Guess what! Last nite I was paying at the Prata shop counter, another customer came towards me to pay as well, I actually smiled at him... 2 seconds later, I stopped smiling and was thinking to myself: Why did I smile at him for??!!!
It was so embarrassing... he must have tot I was interested...WHAHAHAH.
